International Orders
We ship worldwide. Generally international packages travel via Priority Mail International with 6-10 business days delivery or Express International with 3-5 business days delivery. *Dimensional restrictions may require alternate ship method. Delivery charges vary when shipping to another country. Recipients are responsible for paying duties, taxes and customs clearance where required. *Items marked hazardous are not eligible for shipping to any destination outside the contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s and all international destinations including Canada).

Order Turn Around Time / Shipping
Orders for in stock items are shipped to arrive within 5 to 10 business days from your order placement. Should you require immediate delivery for a birthday, holiday or special occasion, we will be happy to rush your order via 2 day or overnight service where available, for an additional fee. Orders must be placed by 1-pm EST. Reference shipping chart on order form for shipping and handling rates. Please note: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered transit days. In some areas, Saturday delivery is available. Call for a quote and confirmation of Saturday delivery to your area if you require this service (orders must be placed by 1pm EST on Friday to qualify for Saturday delivery). Express orders placed on-line or over the phone on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Damaged Package?
Carriers require that the package containing damaged items be inspected by the recipient at the time of delivery. Please notify the carrier at the time if the package received is damaged. An inspection by the carrier will be made and based on the carrier’s decision the product will either be replaced or its value refunded. Reliable Racing Supply is not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of war, carrier delays or incorrect address.

Guarantee & Return Policies
The Reliable Racing Supply Satisfaction Guarantee! We allow a full refund, exchange or credit (exclusive of shipping) on merchandise returned in new condition (sale merchandise excluded), in the original package, within 30 days of receipt. Returns not following these parameters are subject to restocking fees. Restock fees are determined on an order by order basis and are determined based on return’s condition and it’s arrival. Products that have been mounted, customized or special ordered may not be refunded except in cases of manufacturer’s defect with prior approval obtained at 1-800-223-4448.

Return Policy
Should you find it necessary to return an item, please send your package to us insured and prepaid. COD’s will not be accepted. Complete the return form provided on the back of your packing slip. Because much of our merchandise is seasonal, our standard policy for returns is 30 days from date of receipt. Please, holiday gifts must be returned by January 20th. We can only credit the card used for the purchase. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. Videos, audio tapes and computer software cannot be returned unless defective. If defective, we will exchange for like product only. Shipping & handling charges will only be refunded when due to our shipping error or manufacturer’s defect.

Sale & Clearance Merchandise
Returns of products purchased on sale, or at clearance prices will be accepted for exchange or in-house credit only. No refunds will be issued. Product must be in original packaging and unused condition to be accepted. Should an exchange item not be available, a non-refundable merchandise credit in the form of a gift certificate will be issued. NOTE: Promotional discounts not applicable on sale or clearance items unless stated. Must return completed return form included on the back of packing slip. SALE OR CLOSEOUT PRICING CANNOT BE APPLIED TO PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED ITEMS.

Wrong Size
When returning a product to exchange for a different size, return postage and handling will be no more than $8.95. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, and will be applied to the return/exchange order at the time the order ships.

Shipping

Standard or Express Delivery. Standard orders are usually shipped to arrive within 5 to 10 days of receipt of your order (in stock items). Should you require immediate delivery for a birthday, holiday or special occasion we will be happy to rush your order via 2 day or overnight service for an additional fee. Orders received and released prior to 1pm (EST), will be shipped out the same business day. In stock items only. Reference Express shipping chart on order form.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Shipping transit times do not include weekends. Should you require Saturday delivery, special arrangements must be made by calling 1-800-223-4448, prior to 1pm EST, Friday.

Privacy Commitment
Your privacy is important to us… when placing an order or catalog request with Reliable Racing Supply we collect and securely store information about the products and catalogs you request. We use this secured information to specially target our communication with you. We do not share, sell or trade email addresses or specific purchase details; nor do we release credit card, financial, or survey data for any use to any other companies.

Please call our toll-free number 1-800-223-4448 with any name or address corrections, duplication of addresses, or if you do not wish to receive our catalog. We will occasionally make our customer list available to a few reputable companies whose products you may find of interest. Product Availability & Prices
Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, please order early. Your early order will insure delivery for the ski season. We will notify you of any unexpected delays over 30 days. Many of our items are imports and therefore can be affected by fluctuation in currencies. Due to this and occasional errors in copy, prices are subject to change. Backorders will ship separately and we will bill your credit card at the time of shipment. Backorders will ship separately via Ground Service or First Class Mail only.

Substitutions
Occasionally we find it necessary to make substitutions. If you are not satisfied with a substitution, return it for a full refund or credit.
